The quality and quantity of care is everything it should be and more. Occasionally communication between the staff can slip but one learns to get round that .It would be nice if residents could be given a wall outside occasionally, but that's probably a bit difficult to manage.

Bluegrove House is very nice. The garden is pleasant. The food is good. My relative is very well cared for and happy and clean and SAFE The bedrooms are quite spacious and the ensuite with shower modern and clean. It does not smell. The staff are very friendly and informative and easy to speak to. It is cheerily decorated, the dining area is nice and relatives can make tea which is nice for visiting. The residents seem happy and I have witnessed staff dealing with clients needs very quickly. Would recommend..
