Effective leadership and management of Elmcroft resulted in the highest possible standard of care for my husband. His quality of life and comfort were paramount, achieved by person -centred, respectful care which treated him as an individual and preserved his dignity..Elmcroft always seemed so welcoming, light and clean, yet homely, with staff who spoke sensitively to patients and family.Even in the most difficult of circumstances their advice was communicated with compassion and helped tremendously. .
