St James, Quedgeley, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, GL2 4WD My Grandfather developed dementia and deteriorated quite rapidly. All of the nurses and care staff were excellent and treated him as a real person and with the dignity and respect that he deserved. Several members of staff went beyond their call of duty and visited him whilst he was in hospital, was by his side as often as they were able and even attended the funeral. It is so refreshing to see genuine compassion and I would like to commend these staff for their efforts and by making a very difficult time a little easier for my Gramp and the rest of the family. Thanks so much Willow Ward, keep up the good work.
