Jupiter Drive, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 5NP The care of dementia patients is good; the staff look after my relative in a way that allows her to feel independent even though she is unable to make the correct decisions for herself most of the time. The staff are friendly and calm. The home is active and the residents seem settled; there is a real sense of integration and community within the home, We have used Queensway for respite care previously and our relative now lives here permanently.
