The website says Nursing and Dementia but apparently it is not an EMI REGISTERED HOME. I do not know why or how it works but will say my Dad Terry was better looked after at Ruben Manor than in his current nursing home which is EMI. It appears this EMI QUALIFICATION is purely a paper trail for insurance purposes.
Ruben Manor is top quality. The only thing missing is a TV in all rooms. Some rooms are en-suit but not all.
