Woodleigh Manor, Westhill, Hessle, Humberside, HU13 0ER Generally a good home. Mum struggles to concentrate on activities but they do also occasionally take her out which she enjoys. The majority of staff are friendly and helpful, just one unfortunately seems to lack empathy when speaking to family members.
We did experience one security issue but the home apologised, have reassessed their policies and procedure and assure us it will never happen again.
The general manager is very friendly and approachable and noticeably goes out of her way to greet and communicate with residents. All staff seem to know my mum's name which is nice.
